Pick your provider carefully


Your HVAC equipment, like your house, is a long-term investment. We believe that having a good long term relationship with your provider is the best way to protect those kind of investments. We encourage you to pick a company that is easy to work with from day one, to year twenty one rather than the company that is cheapest out the gate. The best companies are usually not the cheapest installers, but they are the best long-term value because of the care they take in doing their job right. Check company reviews, and pick a company that doesn't just say nice things, but does nice things to provide you a good value for your dollar.


Pick your Product Carefully


For example, while we can install any brand of unit and work with all price ranges, we like to install Amana units that carry up to a lifetime compressor/heat exchanger warranty for the original owner. On top of that we are able to add a 10 year parts AND labor warranty for repairs on the high efficiency Amana products that we install. We love the protection and lasting value this provides our customers. We encourage you to look at the long term value of purchasing products that carry good protection.
